JohnnyWow! occasionally feels the need to execute some ideas quickly and directly, with little malice or forethought. The Butcher Paper series shows this energetic production, exploring compositional and pictorial dialogue. There are dozens of works of this type done in a year, and only a few are shown here. The works are created with oil paint on 48" wide butcher paper. Such works are not to be considered permanent, but should be displayed and enjoyed while they last. They are $250 apiece and shipped in a tube.
